If you decide an item isn’t right for you, we are happy to process a return. Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the receipt date. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. So, check out your items as soon as they arrive. We offer store credit for returns unless your package is damaged or missing. Email us at [email protected] so we can help find your items.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items such as books, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.

Partial refunds:
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

- Original shipping fees are not refunded when returning items.

- Each item is subject to a $1.99 restocking fee.

- Any item not in the same condition that it was received.

- Any item that is postmarked more than 14 days after delivery.

- Orders confirmed delivered by our shipping partners will not be refunded.

- You are responsible for shipping the product to be returned to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and the status of your refund.
When approved, your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your account. If we find that your return does not qualify for a refund, we will reach out to you directly.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Orders Lost in Transit:
Items lost in transit will be refunded to the original payment method five (5) business days after the scheduled delivery date unless confirmed delivered by the carrier.
Orders Confirmed Delivered, but Not Received:
If an order or item is confirmed delivered by the carrier, but you did not receive it, please reach out to the shipping company for resolution.
